In its meeting on 10 April 2008, the Supervisory Board of KSB Aktiengesellschaft approved the suggestion of the Board of Management to propose to the Annual General Meeting the declaration of a dividend as follows: payment of a dividend for the financial year 2007 of Euro 9.00 per ordinary share and Euro 9.26 per preference share (previous year: Euro 2.00 / Euro 2.52).
