BERLIN (ots) - DSL World Forum-Spirent Communications(TM), a wholly owned business group of Spirent plc (LSE:SPT;NYSE:SPM), has signed a two-year Master Purchasing Agreement (the 'Agreement') with European communications equipment manufacturing leader, Alcatel.
