BKW reviews its stake in swissgrid

Bern (ots)

BKW is reviewing a sale of its shareholding in swissgrid Ltd., in which it holds a 12.6% stake. The review aims to further increase BKW's financial flexibility. It is being carried out in view of BKW's strategic realignment from energy supplier to integrated energy service provider.
