Munich/London, 17 March 2009 - Brand Management company TV-Loonland is bringing a diverse slate of animated programming for all ages to this years MIP TV. Among brand new animated series MY LIFE ME (52 x 11 Minutes) TV-Loonland will be unveiling the first five episodes of MISTER OTTER (52 x 1.30 Minutes), the first eight 7-minute episodes of established comedy brand PAT&STAN in addition to the first six episodes of its latest hit show LEON (52 x 3 minutes).
TV-Loonland and coproduction partner Carpe Diem Film & TV will be launching the new tween targeted series MY LIFE ME (52 x 11 Minutes). A truly original animated sitcom riding the wave of the popular Manga comic-book style but with a fresh new graphic look and ground breaking original effects, the show is about a group of four mismatched tweens thrown together and experiencing the usual embarrassment of growing up. Strong character driven comedy, MY LIFE ME provides a privileged insight into tween life. Targeting 7 to 12 year olds, the series has been commissioned by Teletoon Canada and French broadcasters France 2 and Canal J.

MISTER OTTER (52 x 1.30 Minutes) is a delightfully eccentric approach to learning. Bite-sized and highly entertaining cultural curiosities bursting with nuggets of amazing information are presented by the world´s first globe-trotting, fancy dressing Otter. Discover a whole miscellany of fascinating cultural facts and momentous moments in history: Do you know how French Fries were invented....? And what about electricity? Did you know also that Swan Lake was based on a true story and what Marco Polo has in common with Pasta...? A La Station Animation/TV-Loonland/France 3 co-production MISTER OTTER is aiming at kids 6 to 9 years old. TV-Loonland has worldwide TV, Home Entertainment and L&M distribution rights.
A coproduction by TV-Loonland, THE OWL producer Studio Hari and French broadcaster France 3 red hot CGI animated series LEON (52 x 3 Minutes), recently acquired by Germany´s No. 1 kids broadcaster SUPER RTL, is a comedy series about Life´s unluckiest Lion. A hunter at heart but incapable of catching his own dinner, LEON´s chase always spirals out of control into a series of hilarious mishaps and the poor lion often goes hungry. TV-Loonland handles all rights worldwide.
PAT & STAN (350 shorts, 1 half hour special and a brand new 39 x 7 Minutes series), the fun loving buddy show with its star characters, Pat the Hippo and Stan the dog, taking everyday situations to the silliest of extremes. Aiming at kids 6 to 9 years old, the show is a co-production between TV-Loonland, acclaimed French animation producer MacGuff and TF1 France. Recent acquisitions were made by Jetix Netherlands, Cartoon Network for Latin America and South Korea as well as Scandinavian broadcasters, NRK, YLE and IBC.
