Scient announces resignation of Bill Kurtz, Chief Financial Officer

Scient (Nasdaq: SCNT), The eBusiness Systems Innovator(TM), today announced that Bill Kurtz, the company's Chief Financial Officer, has announced his resignation effective June 30, 2001. In connection with Scient's pending move of corporate headquarters to New York from San Francisco, Mr. Kurtz has decided not to relocate.
