Growth for Goldbach Interactive in Austria

Kusnacht, June 28th, 2011. The leader in the German-speaking region and in
Eastern Europe when it comes to advertising marketing of moving images and in
online marketing with its company divisions, Goldbach Media, Goldbach Audience
and Goldbach Interactive, the Goldbach Group is expanding its online offer
according to the Swiss pattern with the founding of Goldbach Interactive in
Austria. The core of Goldbach Interactive Austria, a venture of Goldbach Austria
GmbH and P4 Management GmbH, is formed by the Essence online team with a current
headcount of five. Goldbach Interactive Austria combines media and content
services, which means that starting 1 July 2011 Goldbach Interactive now also
covers the entire service portfolio involving online campaign, social media and
search machine marketing in Austria. 

"With what Goldbach Interactive offers, we are enhancing customer proximity and
expanding the value creation chain," states Klaus Kappeler, CEO of the Goldbach
Group. "We seek to also introduce the Goldbach Interactive model, which has been
tried and tested for three years in Switzerland, in Eastern Europe when the
opportunity arises. With the integration of Essence and the founding of Goldbach
Interactive Austria, we are taking a first and important step towards expansion
in the German-speaking region.
