Peter A.C. Blum to leave the Board of Directors of Goldbach Group

Küsnacht-Zurich, February 24th, 2015. Peter A.C. Blum, member of the board
of directors of Goldbach Group, will leave this position as of this year's
general meeting, dated April 14th, 2015. After 13 years of active
participation on the board he would like to give room for a younger
generation.

Peter A.C. Blum has been a member of the board of directors of Goldbach
Group since 2002, between 2002 and 2007 as its chairman, and is also a
member of the compensation committee. Jens Alder, chairman of the board of
directors of Goldbach Group, would like to thank Peter A.C. Blum for his
valuable commitment to the company over the past years.
