Change in Valora Group Executive Management

In view of organisational changes envisaged, Josef Jungo, Member of Group Executive Management and CEO of Valora Wholesale, has decided to leave the Valora Group after nine years to seek new professional challenges elsewhere.
The Valora Board of Directors respects Mr. Jungo's decision. The Board thanks him for his many years of service to the Valora Group, and wishes him every future personal and professional satisfaction and success.
Ida Maria Hardegger has been appointed to Group Executive Management with responsibility for the Group's Press Products & Book Wholesale operations. A doctor of law, she will assume her new duties on May 1.
Further details of the above will be communicated at the Valora Group Annual Results Media Conference on April 6.
