Mr. Eugen Schuba (42, MBA) has been appointed by the FORIS AG to the management board of the company. Mr. Schuba is taking over the position of CFO. He looks back on a banking career of 14 years, most recently as head office director at the HypoVereinsbank AG in Munich where he headed the bank's financial advisory service team for restructuring consultancy. Subsequently Mr. Schuba set up his own management consulting company specialising in restructuring, risk management and M&A.
