Bad Soden, June 21, 2006: In their mandatory publication from
November 3, 2005 Triplan AG (ISIN: DE0007499303) announced the
purchase of 100 per cent of the shares of ItDL GmbH, an engineering
company with more than 30 years of business experience, located in
Karlsruhe.

The board decided on June 21, 2006 to merge ItDL GmbH and TRIPLAN AG.
In today's meeting, the supervisory board has approved the
resolution. The merger of both companies provides the basis to
optimize internal process flows.
