Bad Soden, December 11, 2007: TRIPLAN AG (ISIN: DE 0007499303) has founded the TRIPLAN Consulting GmbH with registered office in Bad Soden today. The 100 percent subsidiary was capitalized with 400 TEUR capital stock. Jürgen Matthes, well versed and long-time active in the segment product-life-cycle-management, was appointed as managing director. Matthes and his team were won within an asset deal.
The foundation of the company accommodates with the expansion of the business segment product-life-cycle-management (PLM), that is getting more importance in the future. The focus lies in the integration of isolated-IT-systems and their datas from the product idea over the whole life-cycle. TRIPLAN knows and unterstands the organizational progresses of its customers in the respective industries. By the combination of TRIPLAN´s expertise and the know-how of Jürgen Matthes, ideal synergies in the realization of the consulting approach result.
In additional, the potentials of the whole group including BEKO, AC Service and TREVIS are available. The advantage for the interested party or customer lies in the substantiate solution.
