Bad Soden a.Ts. (euro adhoc) - Bad Soden, September 5, 2012: Upon the signature
of the purchase contract, the company TRIPLAN AG has (in the context of an asset
deal) absorbed business in Germany for the company TEBODIN B.V., which was
formerly part of the TEBODIN Consultants & Engineers GmbH; this is to take
effect on September 1, 2012. This transaction is subject to the typical
conditions - e.g. approval by antitrust authorities. This absorption brings a
major boost to TRIPLAN's project business on the national and international
level. "The long-standing and experienced employees are a valuable reinforcement
of our expertise in project management," according to Peter Stromberger, the CEO
of TRIPLAN AG, in a statement made upon the signature of the purchase contract.
The customer potential and the performance portfolio from this transaction mark
an outstanding complement to the TRIPLAN Group.

With an average 12 years' seniority and their numerous successful projects, the
new employees of TRIPLAN have a broad base of expertise - along with many years
of experience in the core sectors covered by the TRIPLAN Group. In his
statement, Walter Nehrbaß, COO of TRIPLAN, places the primary focus on strategy:
"In the years to come, the acquisition will have a highly positive influence on
the strategic expansion of the TRIPLAN Group."
