7th August 2002, Braunschweig, Germany:

GEDYS Internet Products AG has signed a memorandum of understanding
to create a partnership agreement with MindCom A/S, the Danish
subsidiary of IT consultancy group MindCom AB. Under the agreement,
MindCom will run GEDYS operations in the Nordics and have
responsibility for the employees, projects, customers and software
products of GEDYS Denmark A/S. This will not only strengthen the
position of the GEDYS brand in the Nordics, but also increase licence
sales opportunities through MindCom's extensive consultancy
operations. The new agreement continues the GEDYS Board’s committment
towards delivering GEDYS software licence sales and services through
the channel. The final documents are expected to be signed shortly.
