PRIMACOM REPORTS RESULTS FOR THE SECOND QUARTER AND FIRST HALF YEAR 2003 ENDED JUNE 30 (E)

Mainz, August 28th, 2003 - PrimaCom AG (OTC BB "PCAGY" and Prime
Standard Frankfurt Stock Exchange: "PRC" or ISIN No. "DE0006259104",)
today reported improved consolidated revenue and operating results
for the second quarter and first six months of 2003.

Second Quarter Results: Total revenue increased by 9.7 per cent to
Euro 49.7m in the second quarter of 2003 versus Euro 45.3m in the
second quarter of 2002. During the same period, operating results
turned around showing a profit of Euro 4.4m after a loss of Euro 1.4m
for the same period in the previous year. Net loss decreased by 39.2
per cent to Euro 23.2m. EBITDA was up for second quarter of 2003 by
37.7 per cent to Euro 25.2m.

First Half Year Results: Total revenue increased by 9.4 per cent to
Euro 97.7m in the first half of 2003 versus Euro 89.2m in the first
half of 2002. During the same period, operating results turned around
and showing a profit of Euro 7.1m after a loss of Euro 2.4m for the
same period in the previous year. Net loss decreased by 9.1 per cent
to Euro 46.4m. EBITDA was up for the first six months by 29.7 per
cent to Euro 48.0m.

These improved operating results help in the company’s important task
to strengthen its financial position. At June 30, 2003, aggregate
consolidated indebtedness was Euro 936.2m, which is comprised of Euro
505.3m of senior bank debt, Euro 426.5m convertible second secured
debt, Euro 3.9m capital leases obligations and Euro 0.5m of deferred
purchase obligations.
