As of July 14, 2004 Harald Petersen, lawyer from Bayreuth, has been
appointed as member of PrimaCom’s supervisory board by order of the
local court in Mainz. He replaces Dr. Christian Schwarz-Schilling who
resigned on June 30, 2004. Mr. Petersen is a member of the management
board of the Schutzgemeinschaft der Kapitalanleger e.V. (SdK).
