Tony Abraham Merin will resign in mutual agreement from his position
as Member of the PrimaCom Board today.

Mr. Merin’s duties will be assumed by the existing Management Board
consisting of Mr. Wolfgang Preuß and Mr. Hans-Werner Klose.
