The company gives notice, that the Dutch cartel authority NMa has given the merger clearance of the contract regarding the indirect sales of all shares N.V. Multicable as well as all debt of all Dutch subsidiaries vis-à-vis the PrimaCom group to the Amsterdamse Beheer-en Consultingmaatschappij B.V. and Christine Beheer-en Adviesmaatschappij B.V., companies which are controlled by the global private equity firm Warburg Pincus.
