VIVACON AG plans to issue 2.8 mn bonus shares
The subscription ratio is 5,2 : 1
Cologne, April 14th 2005. The executive board of VIVACON AG (ISIN 000604 8911) intends to suggest at the shareholders meeting on May 19th to issue about 2.8 mn bonus shares in order to further improve the share liquidity on capital markets. By issuing the bonus shares the company´s share capital would be increased to 17,399,742 shares.
