Cologne, 30th May 2007. VIVACON AG (ISIN 000604 8911) has acquired through subsidiaries in various transactions a substantial residential real-estate portfolio consisting of 3,014 units. The units are primarily located in Bremen, Bavaria, Lower Saxony, North Rhine-Westphalia and Schleswig-Holstein with a total rentable area of approximately 191,000 sqm. The occupancy rate is about 93%.
Thus, the total residential units currently owned by VIVACON AG amount to some 13,100 units. Asset Management at Vivacon AG has already begun with the financial optimisation of the portfolio.
