Cologne, 13th June 2007. VIVACON AG (ISIN 000604 8911) will be included in the leading benchmark for global real estate stocks. Effective as of Monday, 18 June 2007, the Company will become member of the EPRA/NAREIT Global Real Estate Index.
The index was designed to reflect the stock performance of listed real-estate companies and REITs worldwide. The index consists of approximately 250 real estate companies from 28 countries. To become an index member, a company has to have a minimum freefloat market capitalisation and trading volume. Moreover, at least 75% of the previous year EBITDA has to be generated by real-estate related activities.
