Cologne, May 9th 2011. Vivacon AG (ISIN 000604 8911) announced that the Supervisory Board has appointed Georg R. Steimel (47) as new CFO of Vivacon AG. Mr. Steimel has worked as Financial Director for Vivacon since September 2010 and made a major contribution to the restructuring and reorganization program as well as the realignment of the ground lease specialists.
