Ludwigsburg, 22 December 2003. Jetter AG (ISIN DE0006264005)
announces that Mr. Udo Aull will resign as CSO as of 31 January 2004.
The restructuring of Jetter’s local and global sales organisation
initiated by him is completed. Mr. Aull could therefore accept the
offer to become director of the European organisation of a renowned
American group. Subsequent to his resignation from Jetter’s
management board, Mr. Aull shall join the company’s supervisory board
as soon as possible, so the company will continue to profit from his
competence. CEO Martin Jetter will take on responsibility for sales.
