Ludwigsburg, 7 January 2013. Jetter AG, Ludwigsburg, (ISIN DE0006264005) will
see a change in its board of directors middle of 2013. The long-time Chief
Technology and Sales Officer Andreas Kraut will step down on 30 June at his own
wish. Mr. Kraut has been leading the company for 30 years and will continue to
assist it as a consultant.
Christian Benz (49) will succeed Mr. Kraut. Mr. Benz is currently leading the
global HMI segment of the Swedish Beijer Electronics group and is director of
its German subsidiary. He has a long-standing excellent history in globally
acting technology companies, with a focus on product marketing for automation
products.
Jetter's supervisory board is glad to have won in Mr. Benz a managerial
personality, whose professional experience will markedly strengthen Jetter's
board of directors in the fields of sales, product and marketing strategy. This
will enhance the internationalisation of the group, the presence in new markets
and finally its profitability.
