New structure in the Executive Committee of P&I Dr. Hartmut Voss will be responsible for Finance and Investor Relations
In context of the continuous development and the propagation of the business fields in Europe the structure of the Executive Committee of P&I Personal & Informatik AG, Wiesbaden, was optimised at the beginning of the new financial year 2003/2004. Dr. Hartmut Voss (52), former Manager Controlling, will be appointed as of the 1st of April 2003 into the Executive Committee. He will take over the function of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and will be responsible for Finance and Investor Relations. As deputy Executive Committee chairman Ingeborg E. Becker will concentrate on the areas of Administration and Human Resources.
Conform to the contract ending on 31 July 2003 Volker Uwe Marquardt will retire from the Executive Committee, in order to strengthen his managing director activities for P&I's two Swiss subsidiaries. Current CEO Egbert K. Becker will take over the responsibility for Sales and Marketing from Mr. Marquardt. As of the 1st of April, Consulting will be taken over by the current CTO Vasilios Triadis (40), there by changing titles to Chief Operating Officer (COO).
