freenet.de AG / Hamburg - The freenet.de AG Annual General Meeting
today approved the merger with mobilcom AG proposed by the Executive
and Supervisory Boards by a large majority. Yesterday, the mobilcom
AG Extraordinary General Meeting also approved the merger, also by a
large majority. On July 08, 2005, the Executive Boards of freenet and
mobilcom had agreed to the merger at a share exchange ratio of
1:1.15.
