Change in Management Board

IVU Traffic Technologies AG has begun the change of generations on its Board of Management. The Supervisory Board has appointed Martin Müller-Elschner (39) and Frank Kochanski (46) as members of the Board of Management with effect from 1 January 2008. Müller-Elschner will then be responsible for all Public Transport business and Kochanski for financial management and as well as waste management logistics.
Dr. Olaf Schemczyk (57), the last of the founders, will be leaving the Board of Management. IVU owes him gratitude above all for the strategic reorientation from a company focusing solely on traffic and transport consultancy to a software and system house. This was a key contribution to attaining the current size and market position of IVU.
With this rejuvenation and expansion of the Board of Management, IVU is also making preparations for the departure of the Chair of the Board of Management, Prof. Ernst Denert (64), at the end of 2009.
