New election of Supervisory Board members
The members of the Supervisory Board of IVU Traffic Technologies AG have been newly elected at this year's General Meeting. Klaus-Gerd Kleversaat, Member of the Management Board of quirin bank AG, Berlin, and André Neiß, Chair of the Management Board of üstra Hannoversche Verkehrsbetriebe AG, Hanover, were re- elected. As a new member, the meeting elected Prof. Herbert Sonntag, professor at the University of Applied Sciences Wildau, founder and former Chair of the Management Board of IVU Traffic Technologies AG. Hans G. Kloß is now no longer a member of the Supervisory Board.
