IVU Traffic Technologies AG continued to build on the good results of the previous year in the third quarter of the financial year 2010. Revenue increased by 2% to EUR 25.3 million, gross profit likewise improved by 2% to EUR 20.1 million and at EUR 1.4 million earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) was at the same level as the previous year. Owing to the expansion of the team, personnel expenditure increased moderately year on year by 3%. Interest expense was reduced by 32% in the first nine months of the current financial year as IVU has paid off its non-current loans.
IVU is confident to achieve the targets of the financial year 2010 and continues to expect revenue of approximately EUR 40 million and gross profit of approximately EUR 30 million.
