The capital increase with subscription rights totalling EUR2,293,334 is as of today complete. The unpurchased shares have been allocated to a strategic investor. The nominal capital has hence been raised to EUR4,443,334, to be divided into 4,443,334 no-par value shares. Following costs, this makes for a capital injection for the company of about EUR2.2 million. Moreover, the conditions for an operating loan and the issue of a guarantee by the Saxon government have now been met.
