A new Supervisory Board has been voted in by an extraordinary general meeting of LINTEC Information Technologies AG.
Moreover, LINTEC AG has a new partner: the Eindhoven-based NAVIGATOR Equity Solutions N.V., which now holds a stake of about 24 per cent in the company. In addition to investment activity, NAVIGATOR intends to help LINTEC´s management team execute the company´s new strategy.
The newly elected members of the Supervisory Board are Michael Lanik (chairman), Markus Kleffner and Dr Michael Hasenstab. Markus Kleffner was employed at LINTEC AG as company secretary until the end of October and has a thorough understanding of the LINTEC Group´s entire development. Dr Hasenstab has been elected to LINTEC´s Supervisory Board to represent NAVIGATOR. Michael Lanik, the new chairman of the Supervisory Board, is an expert in the restructuring of IT companies.
The management and employees would like to thank the retiring members of the Supervisory Board for their commendable work on behalf of the company and its shareholders.
