Kommunalkredit Austria AG, Commercial Register number FN 439528s, (KA)
terminates the agreement concluded by Kommunalkredit Austria AG "Old" (KA Old)
on 27 January 2011 regarding the overcollateralization of certain covered bank
bonds issued by KA Old (the Overcollateralization Agreement) as of today's date.
The termination of overcollateralization by KA applies to those covered bank
bonds (as indicated below) which were transferred to KA by way of the demerger
of KA Old effective as of 26/09/2015. Through the demerger, the
overcollateralization agreement regarding these covered bank bonds was also
transferred to KA.
The termination is based on the issuer's right to terminate the agreement in the
event of a demerger. The agreed period of notice of three months begins today
(02(10/2015) and ends on 02/01/2016. From that time onwards, a nominal
overcollateralization of about 10% of the redemption amount of the outstanding
covered bank bonds will be maintained on a voluntary basis.
