Among the reasons cited by the company for its decision is the continued sense of uncertainty on the Neuer Markt.
The company today requested the transfer to the Geregelter Markt from the Deutschen Börse AG. The final listing at the Neuer Markt is expected to be on 07/19/2002, with the initial listing at the Geregelter Markt is then to take place on 07/22/2002.
