Andlinger Group takes over remaining parts of MCE VOEST (E)

Andlinger Group took over 19.9% of the shares of MCE VOEST from VA Technologie AG (VA TECH) that is quoted on the Vienna stock exchange, and thus holds all shares of MCE VOEST.
The now sole associate, Andlinger Group Anlagenbau Holding AG, changed its company name to MCE AG.
The successful co-operation of VA TECH and MCE remains unaffected by the retirement of VA TECH as partner and will be continued in the same way as before.
MCE AG is a leading and multivendor Services Group and a life-cycle-partner for constructing and servicing industrial plants, buildings and infrastructural equipment in Central Europe. MCE Group realises sales of approx. EUR 740m with 7,000 employees.
