VA TECHNOLOGIE AG Dr. Scharinger (Chairman of Raiffeisen Landesbank
O.Ö.), Dkfm. Dr. Kováts (Chairman of VICTORY Industriebeteiligung
AG), Dkfm. Dr. Robol (Chartered accountant), Dipl.Ing. Pühringer
(Chairman of POK Pühringer Privatstiftung) were elected into the
Supervisory Board. Prof. Dr. Nowotny and Dr. Saxinger have resigned
their Supervisory Board memberships.
