Artesia Technologies(TM) And Electronic Solutions Partner To Provide Branding Applications And Cost Savings For Customers
London, UK (ots)
Integration Of TEAMS Digital Asset Management To Allow For Simplified Access To Enterprise Marketing Content
Artesia Technologies(TM), the leader in enterprise digital asset management, today announced that London-based digital production facility Electronic Solutions has integrated Artesia's TEAMS(TM) Digital Asset Management solution into its offering. This will allow Electronic Solutions' customers, the first of whom to employ this new offering is European mobile network operator O2, to control a centralised repository of digital files, rights and permissions and related information for a company's global advertising, branding and marketing efforts.
Electronic Solutions is using TEAMS as a platform to create an enterprise-wide, web-accessible digital archive for the storage and re-use of all types of digital assets. This digital asset management system can then be marketed to its enterprise clients as a turnkey solution.
"Electronic Solutions is committed to delivering quality products and added value to its customers," said Steve Hobbs, CEO at Electronic Solutions. "Artesia's TEAMS DAM solution is an important step forward in delivering collaborative and enhanced benefits through our existing IT systems."
For the O2 deployment, this central repository will provide anybody working on O2's marketing and advertising campaigns with access to pre-approved high resolution images, audio and video files through a simple web interface. In doing so it will ensure consistency of branding and imagery throughout O2's marketing content, while streamlining its internal workflow and enhancing its marketing capabilities.
"Electronic Solutions' challenge of being able to offer clients an efficient and secure method of managing assets is common to many of our customers," added Sebastian Holst, vice president of marketing for Artesia Technologies. "TEAMS ensures that anyone with permission to download images, video clips or any other type of file relating to a marketing drive, can do so easily and directly from their desktop, while ensuring that the rights associated with that data are properly adhered to. This will allow Electronic Solutions to offer a very compelling product that delivers real cost savings to its clients through streamlined production and maximised distribution."
