Munich, March 23, 2005. The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board
of ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG will propose to the annual meeting of
shareholders on May 13, 2005 a dividend of EUR 0.30 per share of
preferred stock and of EUR 0.28 per share of common stock for fiscal
2004. In all, EUR 63 million or 54 percent of ProSiebenSat.1 Media
AG’s balance sheet profit of EUR 118 million is to be distributed in
dividends to shareholders. EUR 55 million will be carried forward to
the new accounting period. A total of EUR 2 million of the balance
sheet profit of EUR 34 million were distributed to preference
shareholders last year who received a dividend of EUR 0.02 per
preferred share.
