MEDIA! AG: Diminishment of the Management Board
Munich, December 04, 2002. As from December 31, 2002 Karl-Heinz Kragler is dropping out by his own request and in mutual agreement, as a orderly member of the Management Board of MEDIA! AG (WKN 663 330). Kragler belonged to the company since February 2001 as Member of the Management Board.
Because of the actually measures of cost savings in the company the Supervisory Board decided, not to reoccupy the position. In the future, the Management Board will consist of Dr. Arno Haselhorst, CEO, and Thomas Diepenbruck, CFO. The tasks of Karl-Heinz Kragler will be taken over by Thomas Diepenbruck.
