The HTP High Tech Plastics AG announces that Hannes Androsch and
Willibald Dörflinger resign from the Supervisory Board of HTP High
Tech Plastics AG.

Hannes Androsch was elected to the Supervisory Board on June 28, 2001
and performed the task of 1st Deputy Chairman. Willibald Dörflinger
has been member of the Supervisory Board since October 11, 1999 and
until now was 2nd Deputy Chairman.

In accordance with the statutes, the by-election will take place
during the ordinary General Meeting on May 26, 2004. Ad interim, the
Supervisory Board is composed of the Supervisory Board’s Chairman
Ernst Hofmann, lawyer Peter Zach and university professor   Josef
Wohinz.

The Androsch Privatstiftung (trust) holds 13.6%  and the Dörflinger
Privatstiftung (trust) holds 13.8% of HTP High Tech Plastics AG’s
share capital.
