Neudörfl, Austria, 20th December 2004. At the extraordinary general meeting of HTP High Tech Plastics AG, both items on the agenda concerning capital arrangements were approved by a 60% vote, though they failed to win the required ¾ majority, and were therefore defeated. The managing board and the supervisory board resolved to convene a new extraordinary general meeting for 24th January, at which an ordinary capital increase in addition to approved capital should be decided.
The general meeting also elected Dr. Fritz KRETZ, engineer, former chairman of the supervisory board of the BBAG Austrian Brau-Beteiligungs AG, in addition to Dr. Gerd-Dieter MIRTL, senior partner of KPMG, Linz, as new members of the supervisory board. Further to the general meeting, the supervisory board elected Gerd-Dieter Mirtl as new chairman of the supervisory board, with Dr. Peter Zach as his deputy.
Kurt Helletzgruber (MA) was appointed chairman of the board of the company by the supervisory board. Siegwald Töfferl and Dietmar Poll were confirmed as members of the board. Kurt Helletzgruber had previously been chairman of the board of Neuson Kramer Baumaschinen AG.
