HTI BOARD MEMBER PETER GLATZMEIER TO ASSUME CHIEF EXECUTIVE POSITION ON 1 JANUARY 2008
HTI CEO Kurt Helletzgruber to leave management board on 31 December 2007, will switch to HTI supervisory board
Neudörfl, 26 September 2007. HTI High Tech Industries AG, listed in the prime market segment of the Vienna Stock Exchange, announced after its supervisory board meeting of 10 September that management board member Peter Glatzmeier has been named Chief Executive Officer effective 1 January 2008. Current HTI CEO Kurt Helletzgruber will leave the board of management effective 31 December 2007 and switch to the supervisory board, where he will focus intensively on the company´s continued expansion as well as on future HTI acquisition projects. The change at the management level does not involve a change of the existing shareholder structure regarding the two core shareholders Helletzgruber and Glatzmeier, who will continue to jointly hold more than 25% of the shares of HTI High Tech Industries AG.
