SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF CAPITAL INCREASE
HTI AG successfully concludes the capital increase carried out within the framework of the acquisition of the Technoplast Group.
St. Marien, Austria, May 8, 2008. A capital increase by HTI AG totalling 1,000,000 shares was agreed upon within the context of HTI´s acquisition of the Technoplast Group. The proposal submitted by the Management Board of HTI AG on April 15, 2008, with the intention to raise the share capital of the company by a nominal value of EUR 1,000,000 by issuing a total of 1,000,000 new no par value bearer shares, excluding the subscription rights of existing shareholders, was approved by the Supervisory Board on May 2, 2008. This capital increase was entered into the commercial register on May 8, 2008, marking the successful completion of the capital increase of 1,000,000 shares, at an issue price of EUR 4.00 per share.
