St. Marien, June 27, 2008 - HTI High Tech Industries AG announces that ProRegio Mittelstandsfinanzierungs AG´s stake in the Strasser Optima Steinbau Group was sold to the latter´s managing partners. The disposal is in accordance with the strategic positioning of HTI AG. "The sale of our interest in Strasser Optima Steinbau is a further step towards streamlining the portfolio in our technology-oriented company, and underlines the strategic reorientation of the HTI Group, which was initiated in February 2007", says Peter Glatzmeier, Chairman of the Management Board of HTI AG.
