Solar-Fabrik AG signs Letter of Intent with Taiwanese cell producer E-TON Solar for delivery of solar cells for the period 2007 2011

Freiburg, 14.03.2006. Solar-Fabrik AG (ISIN: DE0006614712) has signed a Letter of Intent with Taiwanese E-TON Solar Tech. Co. Ltd. for the delivery of solar cells with a minimum total capacity of 140 MW. A contractual agreement is planned to run from 2007 to 2011.
E-Ton Solar has agreed to deliver up to 10 MW of cells in 2006. The new agreement provides for 20 MW in 2007 and a minimum of 30 MW in subsequent years. This means an ongoing increase in delivery quantities from 2006.
The agreement ensures Solar-Fabrik a steady level of capacity utilisation and gives the planning security needed for the companys development.
Solar-Fabrik will announce its 2006 targets in the week commencing 27 March 2006, when presenting its 2005 Annual Report.
