Amtsgericht Freiburg has appointed Carolin Salvamoser as a new member of the supervisory board of Solar-Fabrik AG (ISIN: DE0006614712). Carolin Salvamoser, the daughter of the company´s founder Georg Salvamoser, completes the supervisory board after the departure of Alfred T. Ritter on Sept. 30, 2010.
The supervisory board elected Norbert Binder as new Chairman, with Gerhard Kulbe staying the Vice-Chairman.
Carolin Salvamoser, born in 1978, has followed closely the company founded by her father in 1996 since the beginning and is very knowledgeable in the photovoltaic industry. She has concluded her education as a Master of Political Sciences and Communications and additional courses in business administration. As a result she is well prepared to take on entrepreneurial roles and responsibilities.
