JoWooD and Edelweiss Medienwerkstatt draw up the agreement on marketing of "YETISPORTS" for the PC and game consoles
Rottenmann/Vienna - March 24, 2004, JoWooD Productions Software AG, a publicly traded company on the Vienna Stock Exchange, has announced the conclusion of a licensing agreement for the worldwide, wave-making online game "YETISPORTS." JoWooD will be responsible for the publishing as well as worldwide marketing of all YETISPORTS games for PC and game consoles.
YETISPORTS, developed by Edelweiss Medienwerkstatt located in Vienna, was introduced for the first time online on December 26, 2003. Since then, www.yetisports.org has attracted more than 100 Million visitors per month. Since YETISPORTS has been available for download on numerous other sites, the actual hit rate per month has climbed far beyond 200 million - on a rising tendency. The USA and Japan are leading the hit rate statistics, followed by Germany and various other Western European countries.
YETISPORTS is a game for everyone (Casual Game) with an enormous(ly) addictive potential. It can be played right off the bat - no annoying handbooks to read, no major adjustments to be made - and players experience instant success within the first few seconds of the game.

Along with Stargate SG1* and Torque: Savage Roads** (German title "Hart am Limit"), this is already the third agreement within only a few weeks and months.
