New contacts have been established during the last days, especially
to international investment companies. Negotiations with the
management of JoWooD Productions Software AG still have to take
place.

JoWooD wants to give these investors the chance to participate in the
capital increase as well.

The aim of this capital increase is primarily the entry of the
American strategic partner. Another intention is to broaden the
investor basis, especially by including international mutual funds.
