JoWood Productions Software AG, listed on the Vienna Stock Market, announced today that it has mutually terminated its Distribution Agreements with Fluent Entertainment, Inc.
According to a mutual Settlement Agreement Fluent Entertainment, Inc. and JoWooD have mutually waived all claims against each other arising out of or in relation to the Distribution Agreements, its amendments and the Term Sheets.
However, JoWooD is still entitled to distribute "Majestic Chess", a title, which has already been released.
