JoWooD Productions Software AG announces the completion of a Co-Publishing Agreement for the three games "Gothic 3", "SpellForce 2" and "The Guild 2", each a successor to very popular predecessors, with Koch Media Deutschland GmbH. Koch Media has the exclusive licensing and distribution rights for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the UK and Italy. The titles will be branded under the JoWooD as well as the Deep Silver Label.

"All three titles offer interactive entertainment at the highest level, this is exactly what our premium label Deep Silver stands for."

With this agreement the successful ongoing cooperation between the two companies continues. The distribution power of Koch Media has already assisted the success of "Gothic 2". A similar Co-Publishing Agreement has already been closed for the two titles "Wildlife Park" and "Cold Zero".
