JoWooD Productions Software AG, a public company listed at the Vienna
Stock Exchange, announces the completion of an Agreement with Namco
Hometek Inc. for the MGM licensed title ‘Stargate SG-1™: The
Alliance’ in the North American Market. MGM Interactive Inc. has in
principle approved the agreement. The final approval is expected
within the next few days.

The contract with Namco Hometek Inc. is based on a co-publishing
model including marketing funds exceeding 2 million USD for the multi
platform title along with a considerable cash advance as contribution
towards the cost of development.  This commitment by Namco underlines
the potential of the game.

To ensure a successful launch in the titles promotion the game will
be presented by both Namco and JoWooD at this year’s E3 (Electronic
Entertainment Expo), the industry’s most important trade show, which
will be taking place between the 18th and the 20th of May in Los
Angeles, California.

‘Stargate SG1™: The Alliance’ is based on the MGM TV series ‘Stargate
SG-1™’ and accounts for the most successful DVD sales with the
development being completed by Perception Pty in Sydney, Australia.

Namco is one of the leading publishers and distributors of
interactive games.  The consolidated turn-over is estimated at 1.5
