Neuberger Berman LLC., New York, USA, has informed us on 31 July 2007 pursuant to paragraph 21, section 1, WpHG that they exceeded the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in TUI AG, Hanover, Germany, on 2 July 2007 and at this point in time held 3.12% (7,843,900 voting shares). All voting rights are attributed to Neuberger Berman LLC pursuant to paragraph 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 6 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).
In addition, Neuberger Berman LLC., New York, USA, has informed us on 2 August 2007 pursuant to paragraph 21, section 1, WpHG that they exceeded the threshold of 5% of the voting rights in TUI AG, Hanover, Germany, on 27 July 2007 and at this point in time held 5.70% (14,314,100 voting shares). All voting rights are attributed to Neuberger Berman LLC pursuant to paragraph 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 6 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).
